if you enjoy them, they are good. that is like whole point of a movie to be enjoyed by the audience. yeah, they might not be for everyone, but that is true for any movie.
the point is, either the movie is good, or it sucks, and when it sucks, i (with most other people it seems) don’t want to spend time thinking about if it is 3 or 4 out of 10 movie, that is just not important.
there is a reason why most ratings operate on a 5 point scale.

like “quite” is a synonym to “very” in this context as I understand it. maybe to a lesser degree, but it’s certainly a positive modifier. i would use a similar scale if those two were swapped.
maybe that’s just my dumb american vocab or something, but i would be very confused by that scale as it stands.

Add the other person said, “quite good” means “really good” or “very good.” You want something like “somewhat good.” If it were me, I would change 5 to “decent” and 6 to “enjoyable” since “enjoyable” has a much more positive connotation than I’d expect from the middle of the scale.
