I too don’t understand why you would be responsible for THEM breaking the screen.
Imagine your mechanic breaks a part while changing your oil then says you’re responsible for the cost of it.
And produced with a shit ton of copyright violations, etc. Just about everything is immoral about it.
What’s awful is- I can find this news in other places using RSS. Not nearly as quick but… Who cares? Like wtf difference does it make?
Like I’ve said before- their market is small enough they should be trying to get everyone they can to buy it.
I never have to charge my wired headphones.
Nor do I have to buy new batteries or new headphones when they die.
The sound quality on them blows no matter which you get.
Forgot- you gotta add their repo.
Fair. There is Molly on fdroid if you like.
Imagine being this vitriolic in response to someone’s personal anecdote.
The person you responded to said they did find a sense of community like the study describes. Nowhere in there did they argue that anyone should be forced to go back to an office nor even that an office spot be made available to people.
As a sysadmin I’ll say systemd is far better. No contest.
For traveling I find it much easier to just buy an esim
I really want to give furios phone a shot. It’s apparently close to supporting my carrier.
That and a sailfish phone. The community one though didn’t support my carrier (think it’s mainly EU specced only.)
What I find missing most of the time though is any esim support. Makes me wonder if the hardware one that you can program an esim on works.
FuriOS is a newcomer and promising. I was very close to getting that but a few issues prevented me. Hopefully my next phone will be full Linux. Really, really want to ditch android. Governments also need to stop catering to the duopoly and make stuff for all platforms (or rather just secure web apps.) And force banks, etc. To do the same.
Always fun that posts that shit on gnome get upvoted to the moon and ones that shit on KDE get downvoted to hell.
All I want is unified push really. Then you just choose your server or host your own.
Or just Linux. Like furios or phosh, etc.
I mean, global economy really. Crypto has the potential and already fucked a few banks when it shit itself which could’ve led to awful bank runs.
If/when it destabilizes the American banking system the entire global economy will follow its lead down, at least a bit.
Like I don’t think people understand how devastating letting a scam like this into proper finance can be. Finance itself already has way more latitude than it should- wait until this just splits everything wide open.
