Just pure greed and giving users less and less control of an OS will push people away. It did for me outside of work. I don’t have any reason to touch Windows that often.

This is how it is for me. I have Linux and Windows on their own drives.

The fact people can’t even use their own common sense on Twitter without using AI for context shows we are in a scary place. AI is not some all knowing magic 8 ball and puts out a ton of misinformation.

We really should have never moved from that mindset. Now it is people rage baiting with actual trauma for money or the love of the game. 🥲

Nobody is changing their mind from modern debates online. We are in a culture of anti-intellectualism. So there really is no point. I only block if someone is annoying or there is no point in engagement.
