Proper grammar means shit all in English, unless you’re worrying for a specific style, in which you follow the grammar rules for that style.
Standard English has such a long list of weird and contradictory rules with nonsensical exceptions, that in every day English, getting your point across in communication is better than trying to follow some more arbitrary rules.
Which become even more arbitrary as English becomes more and more a melting pot of multicultural idioms and slang. Although I’m saying that as if that’s a new thing, but it does feel like a recent thing to be taught that side of English rather than just “The Queen’s(/King’s) English” as the style to strive for in writing and formal communication.
I say as long as someone can understand what you’re saying, your English is correct. If it becomes vague due to mishandling of the classic rules of English, then maybe you need to follow them a bit. I don’t have a specific science to this.

The worst part for teams is if you do contract work and need to be a part of multiple teams instances… It’s a MASSIVE fucking pain. Microsoft’s login processes are absolute infuriating and even more so if you have to log in to multiple different accounts that all somehow have the same email address but different tenants without letting you know which account version is for which tenant.
We had to use slack for our internal stuff so we could always be in contact with each other because you could only be signed into one teams instance at a time without jumping through crazy hoops.
I initially wanted us to move to teams but that hurdle stopped us. I’m kinda glad in hindsight.
My gaming rig was the first thing to go full Linux because I was sick of dealing with windows for a HTPC and wanted bazzite for the steam gaming mode. Not had any issues yet.
I did wait till I got a an AMD card though. But my GF uses a 3050 for bazzite desktop and she’s had no issues yet either. She had lots of issues with the 1050Ti she had before then though.
Why do gpus need geo tracking? They’re usually pretty stationary right?
The best one is a Chinese only one that is a massive struggle to get GApps on it. It can be rooted now, but still not exactly an easy phone to set up for Western use without caveats.
Boox Palma was so close. It just needed cellular capability.
America is headed for an age of dumb.
I also don’t think Spotify’s High setting is as good as an mp3 of the same stated bitrate
I don’t think Spotify’s High bitrate is as good as it says it is, though. That’s what I’m getting at. Sort of like how YouTube’s encoding for whatever setting you pick is never as good as a local file with the same specs.
You absolutely can. It’s not massive. But Spotify does sound muddy in comparison. And I’m not some crazy audiophile either. But I’ve definitely heard more clarity in some of my favourite songs and noticed certain parts of them that I’ve never noticed before just because I was using a FLAC vs using Spotify where I used to listen to it.
At a certain point, you’re right you’re not going to notice a difference on shitty speakers but there’s something about Spotify’s lossy compression that even at high you’ll notice the difference between the two.
You don’t need that much special equipment to tell the difference. I have a lil shitty Jelly Star. I can tell the difference between Spotify’s High and a FLAC from bandcamp with it’s speaker, Bluetooth headphones (Sony Link Buds) and my Car speakers.
It shouldn’t get fucked by MS they’ll just stop adding things to it to prevent outsiders from fucking it up. You’ll be alright for now, but keep an eye out for any potential vulnerabilities that get found after end of support. Then that’s when you can start thinking of disconnecting it from the internet. That is if you can’t risk yourself being patient 0. Then in that case you should disconnect as soon as end of life comes around.
It was my go to for computers that i didn’t need windows on at the time.
Now i have bazzite on my gaming pc and currently experimenting with arch hyprland on my surface go 2 that could no longer get windows updates.
By saying he’s not a tech guy probably just means he’s not a programmer. But with how he’s done everything he definitely has the chops to be one.
He seems to be a guy that really likes to tinker with things. And those are the kind of people that Linux, especially arch, really latches onto.
I’ve not even attempted cyberpunk cause i didn’t want to waste money on it for a game that is unlikely to run well. I don’t think it reaches their min specs, at least it didn’t initially unless they’ve changed.
And yeah theoretically a 1050Ti is PS4 level but the heavy hitters of the PS4 would run like shit in comparison on my PC. Just due to how much better optimised console games are compared to their PC counterparts.
I mean they kind of do with performance and unoptimised games. I can’t play many current AAAs on my 1050Ti. Cyberpunk for example.
I miss fireworks. For me that was the best. I’ve never jived with Photoshop or is alternatives.
I have since landed on krita, aseprite and inkscape. But i still miss the workflow I got used to with fireworks.
