    It used to be more or less unperishable due to its very low water content that prevented bacterial growth, but not anymore. It’s cheaper to leave humidity in it, so now it should not be given to babies less than 1 year old due to the risk of botulism.

      And botulism only gets there on packaging station that does honey pasteurization. All hail capitalism!
