      When my grandfather died and my mom got a call about a bill, she was understandably upset. I told her that I’d take care of it. She handed me the phone and I asked how I could help. They told me they were calling concerning ${GRANDFATHER_NAME}. I interrupted and said, “hold on, lemme go get him,” and then muted the call and waited to see how long it would take them to hang up.
