I went years ago and when we entered the park, the fucking fingerprinted everyone. Kids, adults, it ddin’t matter. I was so pissed, I had no idea.

Fuck that place, their rides are ass and it’s overpriced soulless bullshit.

The only thing that seemed to carry the whimsy of the I presume is the original park was some weird thing where there were talking and singing birds. It seemed silly, fun and felt like what the place was supposed to be.

Same, I went in maybe 2015? and had my finger scanned. I’d already bought the tickets in advance online and had an excited preteen with me, what was I going to do, turn around and make her go home? They know you’re not going to say no because they’ve spent billions of dollars convincing every child in your life that it’s the closest thing to going to heaven without dying.

All corporations hate you, but love your money. They’ll do whatever they can to minimize you, in order to get at what they want.

They must spend a ton of cash keeping it quiet, because it’s the first I’ve ever heard about it, and I ain’t no spring chicken.

Idk, man. They took my picture the first time I went there on my season ticket two years ago, and I still see that picture on the screen every time I go in. They don’t seem to be keeping it quiet.

Because people’s vision is the same as your face’s biometrics being saved in a database forever and actively used for whatever purpose they decide to do. You are part of the problem, educate yourself !

People see your face every day and its no big deal but imagine if the same person was staring at you and recording you with a cell phone every day, and that this same person was showing up at more and more street corners. If this same person were staring at you and recording you everywhere you went, wouldn’t you find that disturbing? Now imagine that the person uploads all thier recordings to a computer for the police and government to access.
